Admission Procedure for M.B. College of Agriculture Students

General admission procedure

1. Admission to B.Sc. (Ag.) Hons. program is done through a competitive entrance examination for which application has to be submitted to the Coordinator, JET/Pre-PG, SK Rajasthan Agricultural University, Bikaner/MPUAT, Udaipur, whenever requisitioned through a notification.

2. The new applicants shall attach attested copies of the following certificates with the application form.

  1. A. Mark sheet / transcript card of the last qualifying examination
  2. B. Transfer certificate from the head of the institution last attended.
  3. C. Character certificate from the head of the institution last attended.
  4. Other relevant documents necessary for claiming reservation, concessions, exemption, experience etc.as required in the application form.
  5. E. A student from other universities will submit a migration certificate in original after final confirmation of admission
  6. ;F. Bonafide domicile certificate. Wards of employees in the State government, state university / central government but posted in Rajasthan, shall have to produce a certificate from the head of the office / institute to consider his/her domicile status.
  7. G. Physical fitness certificate from registered medical practitioner.
  8. H. Employer's certificate for wards of Government employees.

3. The application received incomplete in any respect will not be considered.

4. The admitted students will have to submit the original certificates / documents on their joining institution which may be returned only after two months of submission.

5. Candidates if called for an interview will have to bear their own expenses

6. Admission of in-service candidate of Swami Keshwananad Agricultural University, Bikaner will be done according to the existing rules of the University.
